The the yeast infection is the infection caused by yeast resulting from the fungus called Candida. This fungus is usually found in small amounts in the mouth, vagina, digestive tract and skin. In a healthy person, other bacteria and the immune system prevent it from becoming a problem. However, a weakened immune system makes it easier for the Candida to grow and cause infection.

In order to prevent this, nutritionists recommend consuming the least amount of these foods.
